Electro-pedia
INFOMATION HUB FOR ALL AC MULTIPLE UINTS
THE
Here at the ACMU Society we believe in more than just the preservation of vehicles.
We are slowly building up a digital archive of historical records, data, drawings and photos of multiple units past, present and future, aiming to one day be the largest single online database available for AC EMUs.

The ElectroPedia website takes a great deal of inspiration from Railcar.co.uk. Please go and look at their work.
We aim to provide a comparable level of coverage on British Railways AC EMUs (a.k.a. 25kv AC Overhead Electric Multiple Units).

The six key sections of the ElectroPedia are:
-
Types - Looks at each type of Overhead EMU in detail past, present and future
-
Topics - Various journal articles related to EMUs
-
Technology - Technical Data and information on how EMUs work
-
Data - Class formations, allocations, Diagrams and more
-
Images - galleries featuring EMUs
-
In Print - details the books and other printed materials about EMUs
